Simple ownership.

A PHONEXA purchase grants a perpetual license for the number of installations stated at checkout. License keys may not be resold or publicly redistributed.

Activations and transfers

Each key permits one active installation. Reset and transfer tools may include identity confirmation, reasonable cooldowns, and audit records to protect legitimate ownership and reduce unauthorized sharing.

Three-key purchases

The purchaser controls untransferred seats. A future explicit ownership transfer may place a key under the recipient’s control and remove it from the purchaser’s account.

Platform availability

Calling is pending Microsoft certification and is not guaranteed until approval. Bluetooth behavior depends on compatible Windows hardware, iPhone settings, and Apple-supported Bluetooth profiles.

Updates

Updates may change supported features to improve reliability, security, or platform compatibility.
